We’re proud to announce that one of Terraflow’s flagship projects from last year, Kashmir trail at Whitefish Mountain Resort, ended up on IMBA’s short list of “Top Four Flow Trails In The World” for 2014. STOKED!
After a spring spent working on pump tracks in the Flathead Valley and finishing excavator work on “Otter Pop” at Spencer Lake, Terraflow shifted operations south to Big Sky, Montana. We’re thrilled to have the opportunity to help connect the lodges, clubhouses and neighborhoods that surround Big Sky Resort.
So far we’ve designed and built over 9 miles of fun and sustainable singletrack trail, including XC flow loops within Spanish Peaks Mountain Club, a mountainside traverse between Spanish Peaks and Big Sky base area, and two distinct routes between the Big Sky base area and Moonlight Lodge – an XC flow trail and a dedicated, shuttle friendly DH flow trail.
The future of trails looks bright in Big Sky, as Terraflow continues to plan and map additional fun, with an eye on connecting all the way to the Meadow Village and digging into a whole new network of lift access flow trails. Bring it on!
